That Midnite Idols benefit show looks sick. And for a good cause, too.

Sworn To The Night! Yes,it will be a good blend of sub genres.I couldn't think of a cause more worthy than supporting a metal band.

The first day of recording was lonnnnnng and diddn't involve much recording but we're all set up, dialed in, and ready to hit it hard tomarrow. We also managed to get our newest song, that we barely know, tracked and edited (drums) so on to more comfortable and well rehearsed things. Tomarrow is, l mean, today is gonna rule!

What a great day in the studio! With 11 hrs wasted ($350) and only $150 left for our drum tracking budget, Jeff turned into a monster. He was doing one take after one take of near flawless drum tracking. lt's like the boy he was died today as his madness and uncertainty turned to calm and focus beyond belief. This cd is going to be so blistering and tight that you may want to wear a seatbelt when you listen to it. Way to go Slappy...you dah man....man!

The drums are almost done! Tracked and edited for under a grand! Now on to the tracking. Fun fun, l've got some new techniques planned for this one. This mix is going to have alot of depth, color and dynamics, if my strategy pays off that is I'm lookin' to go Hannibal Smith on this one.
