Holy crap, last night I lived one of my teenage dreams, open for Rhapsody (of Fire). Last Bastion played a great first show, Skelator skelatore it up, and Phalgeron played well and we had a great crowd responce. Didn't watch voyager. Rhapsody of Fire was so fucking awesome!! Loved the Christopher Lee backing tracks. The sound was great (damn I want on of those Special Edition Engls Rhaposdy was using). They played something off of every album besides "Rain of a Thousand Flames." I belive this is the set list from last night.

Good set overall! Though I honestly thought that the last two songs of the set was kinda weak after the combo of Reign of Terror / Knightrider of Doom / Emerald Sword.

I felt the same way, till I realized that they opened the show with the first track off their last album and closed it with the last track. Nice little book end goin on.

rhapsody slayed.... I'm just glad they played Land of Immortals, Emerald Sword and Dawn of Victory. I want to thank all the Skela fans old and new for supporting us. That was the best CD release we've ever had. We must have sold at least 60 items of merch that night. TRUE METAL!!!!
