That's usually the kind of movie I love to hate (self-referential, set in Hollywood), but it's a very funny movie and I enjoyed it a lot.

Borknagar: Universal

Good album. The song featuring ICS Vortex is very powerful.

Breathe...breathe...

I ordered this: http://www.theomegaorder.com/BORKNAGAR- ... ory=280790

Ironically enough, I just rediscovered that I can download the album now; that completely slipped my mind (what with being an adult with adult stuff to deal with and all).

Wolverine 6" Black Durashocks Gore-Tex Waterproof Composite Toe Work Boot

Mine are finally starting to let a little water in after 3+ years of daily wear. Since they are the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned I'm sticking with the same. Unfortunately they no longer make the 8" variety and nobody has any back stock. Oh well :)

Here's a review on the shirt, so that you can decide if you want to get it or not. For the 1.3 people here that also read the Borky Forum, I also posted it there.

"So, I got my shirt-CD package.

I haven't had a chance to listen to the CD yet (I know, I know...), but here's a quick review of the shirt. I like it! The big dragon on front is indeed big, and has a lot of detail. The overall effect is that it looks like a wood cut out. The logo is the new one, and it's small and on the back. I like the design of shirt because I can wear it to places like work (where I don't feel comfortable wearing metal shirts sometimes) because it doesn't look like a stereotypical 'metal shirt'. (I also love my Tyr band shirts for the same reason.) The only bad thing is that it's a 50/50 cotton/polyester blend, which doesn't make for the most comfortable of shirts. But I'm finally glad to have more than one Borky shirt, especially since my Empiricism shirt now has a small hole in it."

Exodus - Shovel Headed Tour Machine (DVD)
Eluveitie - Everything Remains

I was impressed. I wasn't expecting much from the little I have heard, but it is actually a very good album.
Dark Tranquillity - We Are The Void
Finntroll - Nifelvind

Awesome album. Some songs are little cheesy sounding, but overall its great.

Ruhr Hunter - ...The Ritual Before the Hunt

Chet W. Scott(Ruhr Hunter, Blood of the Black Owl, The Elemental Chrysialis) respects what I'm doing for Wolves so much, that he sent a very heartfelt gift of a silver Wolf-donned ring wrapped in Elk hide with the cd. The proceeds of this cd goes to helping Wolves.

Absu - Absu CD/DVD

A used HP 1030NR netbook

Sanyo VPC-ZH1R HD camcorder (crazy cheap, I hope it works well!)

4 day Project Management Fundamentals course (40 hours total, VERY intensive) - I finished this yesterday. I guess I didn't really purchase this as work paid for it. I sure paid for it in frustration and stress though! Whatever, it was worth it :)
